About Amal A Bhullar

Amal Bhullar, MD, is an American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology board-certified general adult psychiatrist. Her focus is on outpatient care, where she works with adult patients.

Dr. Bhullar takes a holistic approach to mental health care. She emphasizes not only treating conditions like depression and anxiety but also helping patients focus on lifestyle factors such as nutrition and exercise.

She enjoys collaborating with other specialists, including family members and therapists, to provide the best possible care. This approach helps Dr. Bhullar support her patients through every step of their journey toward improved mental health.

Dr. Bhullar will also play an essential role in the hospital’s residency program at UF College of Medicine – Jacksonville. She is committed to mentoring and teaching future psychiatrists, bringing her leadership experience as a former chief resident to her new position.
